This new online course combines elements of MBSR* and MBCT** and can help with stress, depression and anxiety, as well as physical and emotional pain.
The Mindfulness Now programme is fully adaptable to meet the needs of different participants. It is usually delivered over 8 sessions but can also work well arranged to suit the individual or group needs.
The Mindfulness Now Programme offers the latest in modern scientific approaches to teaching mindfulness, including some of the latest research into neuroplasticity, proudly leading the way in delivering trauma informed mindfulness and is constantly evolving and moving forward to meet the ever changing needs of society.

All teaching is delivered in a compassionate way and you are encouraged to take care of yourself as you learn and grow. It is a secular approach, but like many mindfulness meditation practices has its roots in Buddhism.
A day-long mindfulness retreat, known as “The Gift” to enable participants to deepen their understanding and practice of mindfulness meditation, continued support at the end of the course is also offered.

Tuesday Evening Online Course 7.00 - 8.30pm
Delivered via Zoom, this 8-week course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as for those who have some experience in meditation, or are just curious to know more.
