A little about my life and training
For many years I have enjoyed helping people to resolve their issues in life through long-term counselling. More recently I became interested in finding a more solution-focussed approach which led me to qualifying as a Clinical Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist in 2015. I can help you make the positive changes you are looking for supported by the depth and breadth of my therapist training.
I am fascinated by learning how people think and how this affects their behaviour and have been able to relate this to myself and work through my own issues. This led to further training at Diploma and Degree level alongside my own personal therapy which has enabled me to have a deeper insight into myself and others.
I have personally benefited from using hypnosis and also mindfulness meditation as a way of managing stress levels and becoming more aware and I can help you to do the same by working with you using some simple yet powerful techniques.
I continue my personal development through daily mindfulness practice and formal retreats.
