About me

A little about my life and training

I have always been fascinated by learning how people think and how this affects their behaviour and have been able to relate this to myself and work through my own issues.  This led to further training at Diploma and Degree level alongside my own personal therapy which has enabled me to have a deeper insight into myself and others.  I have enjoyed helping people to resolve their issues in life through long-term counselling since 2005, and later as a Clinical Hypnotherapist since 2015. However I am no longer seeing counselling or hypnotherapy clients.

A complementary passion of mine during this time has been developing my mindfulness meditation practice which is used as a way of managing stress levels and developing greater awareness and better understanding of myself and others.  I can help you to do the same by working with you using some simple yet powerful techniques.

I continue my personal development through daily mindfulness practice, courses, reading and formal retreats.
